Commissioning
There comes a time in the process when pen gets put to paper. You will have met us and discussed your requirements, received a detailed quote and initial design. If you are happy with what you have seen so far, then the next stage is to commission us to commence the project.
The next step is for us to draw up a plan of works.
At the point of commissioning us to your project, we ask you to agree and sign a contract which simply acknowledges what both parties will do. Although it may seem overkill, be assured that it is as much for your protection as ours.
No professional contractor would dream of starting on a project without first having agreed in writing with his clients their expectations. Upon signing the contract the first payment becomes due and we are good to go.
